- Original certificate of residence in the city of destination
- Detailed inventory of all items to be imported
- Copy of workcontract and statement from employer
- Copy of lease to house or apartment
- Copy of passport
- Copy of departure document from country of origin
- Copy of airline ticket
- Inventory legalized by the Consulat before departure
- Copy of work and/or residence permits
- Copy of import licence for radios and/or TV's
Additional information required by some countries ( eastern Europe )
- Detailed listing of items imported with value, weight, time of purches
- Listing of electrical items with serial number and brand
- Copy of documtens in English or national language
- Official statement by employer of accreditation in destination country
- Photographs of items of montetary or high cultural value (antiqus,art, rugs, paintings etc.
In general :
- Your passport, visa, workpermit, imigration papers, residense permits.
- Any documtent that shows why you come to the country,
- What the intent of your stay will be.
- Documents that show where you will stay.
- What you are bringing into the country
- Statements that the items imported are for your personal use
- Proof/Declaration that items imported are free of health risks to the destination country
- Do not intent to import items prohibited or quantities exceeding personal use.
- Do not intent to export items that are not welcome in the destination country
